What we need:

Taycor Financial is looking for our next class of Jr. Account Executives. No experience necessary, we will train you to become a top selling Account Executive. Each class will consist of 7-10 Jr. Account Executives that will take part in Taycor's paid 3 month training program. Learn industry proven sales, marketing, and finance skills in a structured environment with exception grown potential.

• Experience:
  
  • Business to business sales a plus
  • Business to consumer sales a plus
  • Prospecting and establishing relationships within the local community a plus
• Qualities:
  
  • Natural sales ability
  • Fearless of prospecting for new business via pre-screened phone leads
  • Must be a fluid and effective communicator
  • Carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision

What is the compensation:

• $30,000 annual base salary
• Monthly performance based bonus
• Paid vacation, sick, and personal days
• Quarterly incentive and bonus program
