Taycor is currently seeking experienced and entry-level Account Executives. We are continually seeking confident, driven, energetic people to add to our team to drive Taycor Financial to #1 in the lease finance industry.

Account Executive:

• Complete a three month training program.
• Learn sales prospecting techniques, closing strategies, account management skills, time management and product knowledge
• Learn to arrange and structure equipment lease packages
• Learn skills to successfully generate, negotiate, and close equipment lease transactions to different industries nationwide.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Business to Business Sales
• Determined to succeed with an Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Fearless of Prospecting for new Business
• Fluid & Effective Communicator
• Highly Motivated & Driven by the Financial Reward of a Sales Career
• Bachelors Degree in Business/Communications or prior Sales Experience

Junior Account Executive:

• No experience necessary, we will train you to become a top selling Account Executive.
• Learn basic sales, marketing, and finance skills in a challenging environment with exceptional growth potential.
• Be able to maintain a client base, discover new and emerging market sectors, analyze financial data, and develop skills and closing strategies.
• Market Taycor Financial and its business to provide competitive lease financing that meets the specific operating and financial objectives of businesses across the country.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Natural Sales Ability
• Fluid & Effective Communicator
• Fearless of Prospecting for new business via Telemarketing

Credit Analyst:

• Candidates should possess strong communication skills, Competitive success-driven attitude, Ability to handle multiple transactions by being very organized and the desire to work in a true team atmosphere.
• Duties involve the underwriting of transactions, correctly structuring the financing terms by determining the credit strength of the transactions, corresponding with out partner banks, and working closely with our sales and funding departments.
• This position offers tremendous growth potential for the right individual.

College Internship:

• This is a paid internship
• Flexible hours (10-16 per week)
• College Degree in Process
