Our business model for success is attainable and sustainable, and achieved without the feast or famine effect of deriving the majority of business from cold calling 200+ people per day, or knocking on doors as in most sales positions.

What we need:

Taycor Financial is looking hire a team of Jr. Account Executives. No experience necessary, we will train you to become a top selling Account Executive. New Team Members will take part in Taycor's fully paid 4 month training program. Learn industry proven sales, marketing, and finance skills in a structured environment with exception grown potential.

  • Experience:
    • Business to business sales a plus
    • Business to consumer sales a plus
    • Prospecting and establishing relationships within the local community a plus
  • Qualities:
    • Natural sales ability
    • Ability to build report, gain cooperation, and establish relationships
    • Must be a fluid and effective communicator
    • Carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision

About the position:

Taycor has developed an innovative, truly unique, and infinitely scalable marketing engine. We have designed, built, tested, and have proven our process successful time and time again over the last several years.

Our business model does not entail cold calling. With that said, you will be spending time on the phone interacting with active and interested potential customers. You must be a strong written and verbal communicator.

We will provide you with 360 degrees of support. We have in place the human and technology infrastructure to provide active leads, wide credit facilities, and experienced operations support to ensure success for successful closers.

This is a mentored sales position. You will begin with a structured training curriculum that includes classroom learning, historical analysis of best practices, and upon completion continue under the tutelage of a Sr. Manager.

What is the compensation:

  • $42,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly commission
  • Paid vacation, sick, and personal days
  • Quarterly incentive and bonus program
  • Advance by performance not by seniority
  • Estimated first year income is $55,000 - $75,000
